Why Days seem Tough......& a Solution

Not all days are good and easy. 

Some days seem very tough , in-fact many days are difficult as we struggle through them, right?


What do I mean by a tough or difficult day here ?

When one is not feeling strong enough to handle a situation but needs to face it, stress and anxiety are bound to happen. Such occurrences, make a day tough.


Heard these.... 

"I am feeling angry and irritated again and again. This is creating fights with other people now...."

"I feel tired, lethargic and don't feel like doing even important work but I have so much work to do...."

"I am becoming anxious due to the deadlines and everything is getting affected. I feel nauseous and can't handle being overwhelmed, anymore ......."


These are people from our own homes and neighborhood. Such issues are becoming very common, nowadays.


What's going wrong with them? 

In one sentence, these are due to mental - emotional wellness issues. 









Our mind needs time to be heard, to get rid of stored emotions and to be taken care of, these are mostly missed or not possible. The mind adjusts for long time but there are days on which these stored emotions burst out in some form like depression, anxiety or frustration etc. 

On such days, it becomes difficult to live a normal, stable, working day, feeling strong and capable. One faces multiple problems, as they are not in a position to handle any blame or challenging situations.


Being unwell at emotional level, is not yet considered acceptable as a social norm. Neither the person, nor their family members or other people, may agree to the root cause of the problem but rather try finding temporary escapes from the issue. And so the struggle continues....in most cases. 

Whether as anger, mania, dullness or other psychological & behavioral difficulties, the deep embedded mental - emotional issues, keep surfacing from time to time,  simultaneously, creating disease within. The difficulty to live a good day, feeling well, may decrease more & more, if left unhandled, uncared for.


Is there a solution to this problem? 

A guidance with understanding? Something simple & ready to use? 

Can I get these without making further blunders and start seeing results soon....


The answer to all of above is 'Yes'. 

All these are possible and can start working within some time.
