Nature is the greatest scientist


Water is billions of years old and has been through all kinds of stuff:  from purity of Himalayas to garbage laden dirty drains, as fluids inside the bodies of plants& animals to dirty excretions, vomiting of extremely sick patients.....
Yes, it was the same water!




Water has been recycled innumerable times by nature's wonderfully magnificent recycling process and used over and over and over again.
Each recycle rendered it fresh , pure, drinkable , unaffected by all dirty poisonous materials which had floated in it  for long duration. 
Such is the most amazing and robust  engineering-technology of our Universe, a creation of the greatest scientist, the Almighty!

Lets understand fasting, technically

Human body is made up of 5 elements of nature and a good balance among these decides how one's  health & well-being shall develop.

We are around 70% water - this includes blood, hormonal flows, water in cells & muscles etc.






Water fasting, is like pouring water to clean dust, toxins and stagnant garbage etc. on the body organ system's surface. This is therefore, a good, general cleaning mechanism for space of body & organ systems - similar to as we clean our house rooms & floor, with water.


However, when one takes Dry fasting, the water held inside the structure of organ systems can also get mobilized, possibly. Hence any excess water retained in an organ or muscle mass etc. for example, might get released. Redistribution of water content to the level of structure elements, becomes a possibility. It can potentially impact mental-emotional set-up, deep within, for good.

This is why dry fasting is a deeper & stronger cleaning mechanism, which must be planned carefully. 


Dry fasting needs to be taken occasionally, considering season, temperature, health status of person etc. in a well-planned manner. This practice needs a few precautions to be followed like for example: 1. A fast longer than 24 hour duration might be taken under expert guidance. 2. Dry fasting is better avoided, during summer season.


Thus water only fasting works as a great wet cleanser, and one can take this fasting, a few times in a year for cleaning of entire body system, as required. 

Dry fasting is more intense and cleans deeper. This cleaning at a frequency of around once a year, generally works well for health maintenance of most people.

Health-condition of an individual plays a role to decide the frequency and type of fast, most suitable for their best health & well-being.


Intermediate fasting is another practice of giving a good break from food in daily routine. This is greatly helpful to allow that much-needed healing time to body by shutting-off digestion work.

A general habit of no heavy-to-digest food intake between sunset and sunrise helps a lot. If possible, one can keep this duration as 'Intermediate fasting' time and have only light diet like fruits or liquids etc., as minimum required. 


Diseases start to vanish as one adds regular fasting to their lifestyle. Miraculous gains are very-much possible, by doing nothing but just stop eating some food. 

Pathological reports might look better. Health parameters like B.P., Sugar etc. improve, excess weight loss possible while weak people feel more energy and a relaxed, peaceful mind are some positive effects , easily possible with consistent fasting. 

In most cases the benefit is magical; like an overall detoxification, health nourishment, revival of fitness & a thrill to live life might be seen....
